So everyone loves Football Sunday and everyone loves wing's when they watch the big game. But not everyone loves the Calories. So here is a healthier alternative... with still the great taste just a pinch less fat.
First you will need a pound or 2 of skinless boneless chicken breast, cut this into thin strips roughly the length of a french fries and 1/2 and inch thick. put 1/2 cup of cooking oil in a skillet and turn on a medium heat. dip the chicken in milk first and then 2 cups of flour and a pinch of salt and pepper. Make sure they are nice and coated. Then in a separate bowl at 1/2 cup of your fav hot sauce franks is a great choice, and 2 Tablespoons of honey and 3Tablespoons of melted butter, whisk that around.
add the chicken to the oil and cook on each side for 3 minutes. dip the immediately into the hot sauce and give it a good stir.
I love to serve these with a nice blue cheese sauce or ranch dressing. yummmm
